Vera James posted this today on the ShyDrager Yahoo!Group. It’s a list of foods by their water content. Some things surprisingly high (to me!) in water content are applesauce, bean sprouts, celery, grapes, etc. Obvious fruits that are high in water content are watermelon and other melons, oranges, etc.
